I purchased the course 16 days ago but did not receive my login information because I entered an incorrect email address; can the return period be extended to allow more time for me to meet the requirements?

No, it is the student’s responsibility to double-check to make sure all keyed in information is correct. Spectacular Academy reserves the right to refuse refund period extensions due to delayed access for incorrectly keyed email addresses. 

If this happens, please contact our office during regular business hours by submitting a request through the blue "Need Help" button you may find when you log into the Spectacular Academy program.
