What are Spectacular Academy's Office Hours?

Spectacular Academy's VIP support team are available Monday through Friday, from 8:30am to 5:30pm. We are not open on weekends. All help tickets submitted on the weekend Friday after 5:30pm (PST) pacific time through Sunday, will be responded to on the upcoming business day. We are operating with limited staff under the restrictions of a Stay-At-Home due to the Coronavirus and could experience longer than normal wait times.
