How do I request a refund for the EMBA Program?
Since our refund policy is an action-based policy, you will need to submit a request in writing through the blue "Need Help" button you may find when you log into the Spectacular Academy program, watch and complete 100% of 18 videos, try the strategy items, attend 1 live Q & A session, which is typically held every Thursday at 12:00pm and 5:00 pm PST., and provide a screenshot of your attendance with the date and time.

You have within 15 days including the date you purchased the course to execute the requirements to determine if this program is not for you.
Please let us know once you have completed the deliverables, and we will check our end if they have been met. Once everything is executed, we can then issue you a refund.
